ORDER & PAYMENT

    IT IS SAFE TO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE?

    Your card details are 100% secure, payments are processed through our payment processor Stripe, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
    B&G SHOP WORLD does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Stripe and later remitted to our store.

    HOW CAN I PAY?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. 

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

    We are happy to offer Free Insured Shipping worldwide! However, some give away promotional products, may incur on a symbolic small shipping cost.

    HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

    Due to overwhelming demand for our products and customs procedures of your country, your purchase is expected to arrive within 8-20 working days. If you do not receive the product within this deadline, please contact us at contact@harrypottermusicbox.com and we will make the best to give you a solution!

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    You will receive a tracking number within 5 days after the purchase and a website link that you can use to track your order. Sometimes the shipping company takes up to 10 days to activate and update the tracking number in their system, so do not worry if the tracking code takes a little longer to inform the location of your package.

    I ONLY RECEIVED ONE OF MY ITEMS. WHERE IS THE OTHER ITEM THAT I BOUGHT?

    Due to the high volume of orders, many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers. For this reason, if you buy more then one item, you might receive the products on different days. We don't like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as soon as it arrives!

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

    Don't worry, most of the items will be left in your postbox if they fit. If the postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. They will also leave a note informing the pick-up location! 

    RETURN

    CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

    Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to reship a brand new one, provide a refund, or ship another item from our shop to you.
